তারকা-তে আমরা কাস্টমার সন্তুষ্টিকে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকি। তবে, আমাদের পণ্যের গুণগত মান ও নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখার জন্য কিছু নির্দিষ্ট রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি অনুসরণ করা হয়।
ডেলিভারির পরে কোনো রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ নেই
একবার পণ্য ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে এবং ডেলিভারি ম্যান আপনার ঠিকানা থেকে চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারির সময়ই পণ্য ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে নিন (রঙ, সাইজ, কোয়ালিটি, পরিমাণ ইত্যাদি)।
ডেলিভারির সময় ইনস্ট্যান্ট রিটার্ন করার সুযোগ
যদি আপনি পণ্যটি পছন্দ না করেন, তাহলে আপনি ডেলিভারির সময়ই পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
এক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে:
ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে: ৳৮০
ঢাকার বাইরে: ৳১৫০
ইনস্ট্যান্ট রিটার্নের শর্তাবলি
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিং-এ থাকতে হবে।
রিটার্ন করতে হলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতেই সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে — তারা চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
ড্যামেজ বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে করণীয়
যদি আপনি ভুল পণ্য বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পান, তাহলে তৎক্ষণাৎ ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে জানান এবং পণ্য গ্রহণ করবেন না।
ডেলিভারির পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়
আমরা কোনো কুরিয়ার বা পার্সেল এর মাধ্যমে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করি না।
রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারির সময় সরাসরি করা যাবে।
At Taroka, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business and to maintain product quality, we follow a strict return and exchange policy as outlined below.
No Return or Exchange After Delivery
Once the delivery has been completed and our delivery person has left your location, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Please check the product carefully (size, color, quality, quantity) while the delivery person is present.
Instant Return Option
If you do not like the product, you can instantly return it at the time of delivery.
You will only need to pay the delivery charge:
Inside Dhaka: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳150
Conditions for Instant Return
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must inform the delivery person on the spot — returns will not be accepted after they leave.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform the delivery person immediately and do not accept the delivery.
We do not accept claims after delivery is completed.
No Courier Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns or exchanges through courier services or drop-offs.
All return decisions must be made instantly at the time of delivery.
